Greetland railway station was a railway station that served the village of Greetland in West Yorkshire, England. WebGreetland is a district of Calderdale to the south of Halifax, and bordered to the south by Stainland. Greetland was a part of the Honour of Pontefract and of the township of Elland-cum-Greetland. The greater part of the township was moorland until 1803, when an Act was passed for its enclosure. The parish of Greetland was created in 1861.
